We did it again!!! Its only the second time I got this honor (after Ahankara Nagare). Adil is one of the most respected DJ’s in the UK Scene and he picked Athamita Kasi as the “big one” for next week. He will be playing the song everyday on the Adil Ray show on the BBC’s Asian network in London from Feb 23 to 27. This is another step in the right direction of my lifetime goal of putting Sri Lankan music on the world map. I am proud to be Sri Lankan and I am proud to be the first Sinhalese artist to be on the BBC. We rep SL for real!!! Here is a link to the show.
